I am going to brag about Pete a little bit. He started the first day in the Parent Assisted class and was immediately moved up. He went to the next level and is by far the best in his class. Most kids average older than him by a year or two. Not only is he incredibly good at swimming for being 3 years old but he loves it and that makes me, and him, very happy.
Start of class you have to jump in to the teacher and swim back to the wall.

Another swimming drill. I should have taken a video of this. Pete swims so fast from the wall to his teacher it's almost unreal to watch. 
And a couple of Jamie. Jamie is a lot younger and it shows at swim lessons. Next summer will be much different, maybe. The thing is Jamie doesn't like anyone telling her what to do. She does things her own way and on her own time. She doesn't quite get the concept of swim class but sure has a lot of fun while we are there. Her favorite thing is diving for rings. She is really good at this and can hold her breath for a really long time. It's a little scary.

Our first week of lessons is complete and we are totally satisfied. I was a little worried about doing it cheap and doing it through the city but it's worked out great. It's really fun to see your kids have fun and excel at something.
