BBQ
Here it is! In this pic you can see the new grill, burner, fridge and door panels. Totally awesome. Now we have a TV and a bbq! What more do you need? :)
Birthday Recap
Wow, what a birthday I had this year! It wasn't just a birth-DAY, it was a birth-week! I felt very loved, very blessed, and very busy! But it was great. I am so lucky to have wonderful friends and of course the best hubby and kiddos a woman could ask for. Expecting age 35 to be one of the best years yet!
Started off my birthday morning with donuts at Dunkin Donuts with my kiddos and my friend Kim and her son Camden.

Then to McDonalds to play and get some energy out. Kids had hot fudge sundaes before we headed home.
The night of my birthday we went to Chili's for dinner just the four of us. We had a coupon for kids eat free with the purchase of one adult meal. We got fajitas to split, the kids got 2 free kids meals, and we got a free chocolate molten cake for my birthday. Tons of food for the price of just the fajitas! Awesome deal and great time together.
Like mother like daughter.
Thursday morning, the day after my birthday, we went to my friend Marti's house for another little celebration. She had food and made me brownie ice cream sandwiches covered in chocolate. I have the rest of them in the freezer for after Easter when I got back to desserts! Here is Marti and her son Gavin making the pops.

Then Thursday afternoon my neighbor Nancy took me to Scottsdale for lunch, shopping and dessert at the Sugar Bowl. What an amazing day our in a beautiful city with a wonderful friend.
I had the Top Hat Sundae and am dying to have another. It was a huge homemade cream puff filled with ice cream and covered in hot fudge. Amazing.
Then......Friday night I went to the Melting Pot with my "library" friends. I call them my library friends because I met them at the library. Well, 2 of them. And then met Natalie through them later at the park. Christie, the one in the pink, and I share the same birthday so we celebrated together with some awesome fondue. :)
And last but not least my church friends and i went out to breakfast in Scottsdale at the cutest little breakfast place you have ever seen. The ambiance was beautiful, weather perfect, food amazing. And then we walked around Old Town Scottsdale and found a Farmers Market and bought a few local items to bring home. What a perfect day with my beautiful friends.
Can't say my birthday this year was lacking in any way. Did I say that I am blessed? So very blessed.

After my game last night my knees are so sore, back achy and shoulders stiff. So out of shape but loving playing again. Missed it.
