In-N-Out
Friday night at the local In-N-Out. It was so yummy. Shopping spree at Bed Bath Beyond after. Fun times.

While sitting with both kids on the lazy boy rocker they asked for milk. Pete says, "Here, I will hold Jamie for you while you go get it for us."
After drinking some milk Pete had milk on his lips. Jamie wiped it off for him.

Recent Pictures
Besides my dad the first night, we had our first dinner guests over last night. Uncle Bob and Aunt Edna ate with us, helped P. with a few projects and we went on a walk. The kids were drawn to Aunt Edna.
Last night in the hot tub.
Kids new bathtub.
Watching movies with dad before bed. No TV yet so making use of a portable DVD player. And yes, those are Jamie's Dora pajamas on Pete.

Saturday was our first day and night in our new home. The house is perfect. More than we ever thought we would have. The kids love it. We love it. And today it is actually starting to look like a home. Our stuff is finding it's place and we are finding our place along with it.
First I will talk about the weather. It's perfect. In the 70's and sunny every day. Today I couldn't find a cloud in the bright blue sky. Every day I eat breakfast at our kitchen table and look outside at our sparkling pool and the beautiful weather and say a little prayer of thanks. And I smile. Today we spent all morning outside. Pete roller skated in our backyard, then we walked to the playground, then walked up to the grocery store for a few things. Pete said, "Next time bring some sunglasses for me mom."
Our house is so pretty. We are very blessed. It's comfortable, big and like new. It has everything we need and could want. The kids love it. We are starting to meet some neighbors, meeting some friends after church this Saturday and desperately seeking a good babysitter so we can get out for a date. We get lost around town a lot. If we are not unpacking we are shopping for things we need for the house. We got beautiful new bedroom furniture the other day. I love it and stare at it like it's not real.

Well, I have lot to do. So here are a few pictures of our first day and our first morning in our new house.

Hi!
We've been gone for a long time. Bet you have missed us! :) Things are busy, busy here in our new city, new home and new life.
