Easter at CCV

Have I ever mentioned how much we love our church? Is it possible to love it more than I did last week? Our church is amazing. Just amazing. They do so much for the community, families, and for us as a family. Last night's Good Friday service was beautiful. Just awesome. I smiled, cried, had goosebumps and left so thankful for our Lord who died so that we could be saved. He is not dead! He is risen. Our children are growing up loving church and Jesus and that is all I can ask for.

I took some pictures at church last night because Jamie just looked so darn cute in her little dress. I had to post all of my favorites. I didn't like the outfit I put Pete in all the pics are of Jamie. :) Plus she is my pretty little girl so I had to get pretty pics of her.

The Second Half of Pete's Birthday

After naps and after daddy got home from work we asked Pete where he wanted to go for dinner. Of course he picked McDonalds because duh, you can eat and PLAY there! What more could a kid want. Pete orders a Happy Meal with cheeseburger plain, hold the meat. So basically a slice of cheese in a bun. But he eats all his apples, frys, chocolate milk and fully loves the toy. Then off to Chuck E' Cheeses to use our 20 free tokens. Then we bought 50 more for $10! Had a great time, can you tell?


He can reach the pedal on this one.And home to open presents. Since I didn't take the pictures we only have these two pictures of his gifts. Thanks everyone for the wonderful gifts. Pete had a great birthday. He tells everyone he is 4 now.

And late that night, mommy made Pete's Spiderman cake for his birthday the next morning! Good night.

Pete Turns 4

Went for donuts with daddy this morning before daddy headed to work. Donuts are one thing Pete doesn't have a problem eating.....Me and my handsome birthday boy!Then mommy, Pete and Jamie went to Jump Street, an indoor trampoline/bouncy house place, for a couple hours and wore ourselves out. So much fun!And home for lunch and a birthday cupcake.
This was not the end of Pete's birthday, no way. Later we went to McDonald's for dinner, Pete's choice. Haha. And Chuck E' Cheeses to use his free 20 birthday tokens. Of course we bought more but it was worth it. More pictures to come...... Can't believe my sweet boy is 4. How fast time goes. Best 4 years of my life.
