Some stuff.....

Annual anniversary dinner for P.'s company Tuesday night. Nice to get dressed up every once in a while.
Lowe's Build n' Grow for dad and Pete this morning. They made a periscope. Krispy Kreme afterwards.
Cutie pie on the way to Red Robin for dinner tonight.Red Robin mac n' cheese. Bibs are useless. Talking with Santa in the mall. Yes, it's early, but this early there is no line. :) Jamie wanted nothing to do with the scary old man.

Our Kids

How are the kids? Great. They are just great. They are quickly becoming good friends. And they are quickly becoming their own person. Pete enjoys watching the Disney channel, doing puzzles and driving his Barbie Jeep. Jamie enjoys playing with her dolls, looking at books, brushing her teeth and playing in the car. Pete talks all day long. Jamie is learning to talk and I would guess she can say about 20 words right now. Pete can put clothes and shoes on by himself now. He can get his cup out of the fridge and get himself into and partially buckled in his car seat. We have entered the phase where he wants to do everything by himself. Jamie loves to dance and she loves to sleep with her baby and her owl. So precious.

Our kids are amazing. They are sweet and smart and funny. And they are darn cute.

Pete playing hide n' seek behind the curtain.Our kids love peanut butter. They eat spoonfuls of it every day. They grab their jars out of the pantry, get a spoon and sit down. I wish they would eat meat instead but at least they get their protein somehow.

First

P. took Pete to his first movie the other day. Movie in the theater that is. Toy Story 3 was at the cheap theater and because Pete can hardly make it through a half hour of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse at home I was worried he wouldn't do well at the theater. Pete is a HUGE, I mean HUGE "BuzzWoody" fan. That is what he calls Toy Story, "BuzzWoody" as if it is one thing, one word. Anyway, Pete saw an ad while I was on the computer the other day and he said, "Want to see that mom." So, because I tend to get headaches from seeing movies in the theater I sent him with his dad. And......he loved it! Talked about it for days after. He would put his Woody doll in a drawer and tell me about the part in the movie where Woody gets stuck in the garbage. So cute. Here are some pics of the event. Wish I could have been there but I KNOW Jamie wouldn't have fared well. Oh, and another favorite of Pete's.... popcorn. He would eat it every day if he could. So, BuzzWoody movie and popcorn makes for a perfect night for Pete.
