Jamie is ready to crawl. Mama is ready to cry. Actually, mama cried.

Super Bowl 2010

The New Orleans Saints won. I was rooting for them. If I don't have a preference I root for the underdog. We went to our church again for their annual party and it was just as awesome as it always has been. Tons of food, desserts, drinks, games, prizes, stuff for the kids, decorations, and the biggest screen you could hope to watch the Super Bowl on. But this year was different. Still fun but a harder kind of fun. Hard because Jamie wanted to be held the whole time. She was happy and content when she was held so it really wasn't a big deal, just a little harder to eat with one hand. And hard because Pete wanted to run around with all the other kids so you had one eye on him and the other on the game. It was still exciting but more because Pete was entertaining the crowd by dancing up front on the stage during halftime. The kids did great but it wasn't the relaxing TV event we remembered from 2 years ago. Different, but a good different.

We are cold. But we make the most of it. Let's just say Pete enjoys being outside WAY more than I do.
