Too cold outside so we sled inside.
Hi Bumbo girl. Jamie watches the excitement (Pete) in our house go by from this chair.
I turned around to look at Pete at a stop light and this is what I saw. Freaked me out at first but he was ok, laughing and playing peek a boo.
Handsome boy. One lady at church in the nursery calls him her "GQ Man".
More fun. Thank God for all of these amazing hand me downs we have received from friends and co-workers. Not only did they help us by not having to buy them but I don't know what I would have done without the extra "hands".
"Hi sissy!" Yes, Pete can say, "Hi sissy!"
Pete, and Abby, love bubbles. "Buh-Buh". I hear "buh buh, buh buh" all day long.
Pete is really starting to talk now. Today he said "More juice." How nice not to hear grunting and pointing. I was getting fruit out of the fridge this morning and he said "blueberry". It was really good and sounded just like it. He loves saying "Abby". Abby had a tennis ball and he said "My ball." and took it from her. He is starting to say "out", "up", "down" and "in". I am so proud of him. He is such a smart boy and is finally starting to express all that he knows.Jamie is growing so fast. What a sweet girl we have. She is full of smiles, giggles and "sugar". P. says when he squeezes her feet drops of honey come out. She loves watching her brother. Jamie grabs for everything in sight. Anything you have on, anything you are holding, anything in front of her, behind her, and under her. And she has a strong grip, and a strong cry, so don't try to take it away from her. Jamie still doesn't sleep enough. I just don't know what else I can do to get her to sleep more. But when she is awake she seems fine so I guess she is getting what she needs. We dealt with the same thing with Pete and overall he is a healthy happy kid. She can put herself to sleep now. What a relief for mom's tired arms and back. I can just lay her in her bed and she will fuss herself to sleep. That has been a welcome change. Jamie loves baths but hates getting dried off. She loves to nurse but isn't interested in oatmeal yet. And all of a sudden I am in desperate need of 9 month and 12 month pajamas with feet because my almost 6 month old is growing too fast. Today I was watching Pete play and Jamie watch him and I thought, I am going to miss this a lot someday and I hope I can remember how this feels. It was such a beautiful sight and I posted a picture of it so I would never forget it.
